As a feminist filmmaker, I create stories that empower women and inspire everyone to fight for their rights. Since 2022, we've been fighting for reproductive rights with our documentary 'WE'RE NOT GOING BACK!' and short form web series 'Pyrrha & Pandora'.
We will never give up this fight for bodily autonomy, but now the stakes are even higher to save our democracy!
Most of our political work is done under The HisTerical Society banner. Visit our sister website for more info!
We work with clients to bring their story to life!
Jacqueline Cowgill had the dream of producing her screenplay into a short film. We made it happen, and 'On the Mountain' went on to win awards for Best Romantic Film and Best Acting Duo at the International Shorts Awards in 2021!
Whether it be narrative or documentary, animation or live action, experimental, etc. Let's create your vision!
We made Pro-choice comedy web series 'Pyrrha and Pandora' to launch our 'Turn the Muthas Out' fundraising campaign to support reproductive rights ballot initiatives in the 2024 election.
We were honored to win the Grand Jury award for Best Episodic at the Awareness Festival in 2024!
I quit my corporate sales job when Roe fell in the Summer of 2022 and hit the road to Oklahoma and Texas to capture testimonials from impassioned women who are fighting back, speaking truth to power.
We are honored that WE'RE NOT GOING BACK! won awards at the Awareness Festival and the Austin Indie Fest in 2022.
We will never give up this fight!
We cover local events in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. Whether it be an awards ceremony on the Battleship Iowa or a walk in the park with Dr. Jane Goodall, we preserve special memories to share with the world.
We love to collaborate as part of a larger team, or can handle smaller events on our own.
Let us help you capture the moments you cherish!
When choosing life gets hard labor...
Comps: Don’t Look Up & Promising Young Woman
Real news stories inspire this cautionary tale...
JailBait is set in a contemporary red state,
in a small southern town with restrictive laws and backwards thinking, where women are criminalized for being pregnant.
Linda is a lawyer who represents a pregnant minor who gets arrested for seeking reproductive healthcare.
Linda's ex is the vile Sheriff Hank Murdock, who puts women in jail for sport.
In her investigation, Linda meets other victims and uncovers a fascist fertility scandal.
Linda must get creative in order to save her clients from the patriarchy in this outlandish take on Post-Roe America, where women are subjected to hard labor even while choosing life.
Be careful what you wish didn't happen...
Comps: Sliding Doors & Back to the Future
Sarah is a single mom who discovers a magic mirror in her family's storage that offers one a glimpse into what their life would be like today had they made a different choice in their past - their parallel life, or "Para-life", as it's called.
For each character's Para-life, the pivot point in the past is set up by flashbacks, and is dictated by the photograph in hand when they go through the mirror, providing a unique positive reflection and appreciation for their "regular life" once they get back home. Sarah discovers how the mirror works and explores her own 'Para-life' if her Father had not perished in a car accident when she was young.
Problems occur when Sarah's tween son Evan becomes lost in the mirror without understanding how to get back to his regular life. Now Sarah must rescue Evan by exploring his teen angst in order to find him in HIS Para-life and bring him home.
